Teri Kaup | REALTOR®

Teri Kaup brings a unique combination of compassion, determination, and strong client advocacy to her real estate career. Before entering real estate, Teri built an accomplished career as a Registered Nurse, working in ICU, pre-op, and endocrinology. She also spent several years as a travel nurse, working in Washington, D.C., Seattle, Atlanta, St. Louis, Vail, Minneapolis, and Phoenix. Experiencing healthcare in communities across the country strengthened her ability to listen carefully, adapt quickly, solve problems, and advocate for the people depending on her.

Teri later spent 12 years in medical sales, serving as a Cardiology Account Executive, IT Cardiology System Specialist, and Regional Manager. Throughout every stage of her career, one quality has remained constant: she works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for the people she represents. Teri brings that same persistence to her real estate clients, staying focused on their goals, communicating throughout the process, and working through challenges until the best possible result is achieved.

Outside of real estate, Teri enjoys spending time with her rescue dogs, Lucy and Billy, and volunteers several times each month with Pet Resource Center of Kansas City. She also enjoys interior design, sewing home projects, knitting, yoga, golf, gardening, Mediterranean cooking, and tackling a good DIY project. Her love of homes, design, people, and problem-solving makes real estate a natural extension of the skills and passions she has developed throughout her life.
