Born and raised in Harrisonville, Missouri, Megan earned her Associate's Degree from Longview Community College before beginning a successful 14-year career as an orthodontic assistant. Throughout her healthcare career, she developed exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to serving others—qualities that continue to benefit her clients today.

Now residing in Shawnee, Kansas with her husband, two daughters, and their beloved chocolate lab, Megan brings both personal and professional real estate experience to every transaction. Her journey into real estate began through real estate investing, where she successfully purchased and manages an Airbnb property in Branson, Missouri, as well as a mid-term rental property in Lawrence, Kansas.
