About Brian

With extensive experience in residential resale, condos, multi-family, and new-builds and a special focus in the Kansas City market known as the ‘State Line Corridor’ (Prairie Village, Fairway, Mission Hills, Leawood, and Westwood on the KS side and Brookside, Waldo, Plaza, Midtown and Downtown neighborhoods on the MO side), Brian uses his intimate knowledge of local neighborhoods and market trends to guide sellers in appropriately pricing, marketing, and negotiating the sale of their homes. As a buyer’s agent, Brian works closely with investors, first-time home-buyers, those looking to downsize, and everyone in-between, always focused on getting the right property at the right price while making sure everything runs smoothly from contract to close.
