About Karen

By choice, I’ve lived in the Kansas City area my entire life. I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and have spent my adult life in Johnson County, so I know this market from both sides of the state line. More importantly, I genuinely love living here and helping other people make Kansas City home.

I’m Karen Baum, a Broker Associate with Weichert, Realtors® – Welch & Company, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Kansas City metro in both Kansas and Missouri. I work with everyone from first-time buyers and people relocating to the Kansas City area to longtime homeowners preparing to sell a home they’ve loved for decades.
